Joining DevilBotz Team 2876 is a straightforward, welcoming process designed to bring new students into a supportive, hands‑on STEM community. Anyone interested starts by attending an open meeting or outreach event, where they can meet the team, learn about roles, and see the robot lab in action. From there, students complete the required FIRST Consent & Release and the DevilBotz club‑level participation agreement, then begin participating in build sessions, training workshops, and team activities. No prior experience is required — the team teaches everything from tool safety to programming to strategy — and new members are encouraged to explore different subteams before choosing where they want to contribute. The goal is simple: if you’re curious, motivated, and ready to learn, the DevilBotz will help you find your place.
